David Balogh Résumé
Overview
Lead Product Designer for Townsquare Interactive and Ignite working with a small team of engineers, designers, product managers, and QA. Our work includes anything used to serve our customers and manage their accounts. This includes our proprietary CMS, CRM, client tools, themes, and web modules.
Many projects go from mocks and specs/prototypes in Figma to full web-ready prototypes built using proprietary frameworks, customized Bootstrap builds, or Tailwind. These are then handed off to our engineers for build using several current technologies. Styleguides, design systems, frameworks, and information architecture are maintained for consistency across tools.
In addition to product work, I also work with our team to manage our marketing sites and case study builds.
DESIGN
Over 20 years of experience working in Adobe products, wireframe apps, and several other tools needed to create detailed mocks. Primary tools include Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual Studio Code. Solid understanding of hierarchy, typography, and layout.
code
Solid knowledge and implementation of frameworks, SASS/LESS builds, as well as JS. Ability to work in React and Angular projects, primarily to update as seen fit, or reverse engineer to add new features. Experienced with running local dev environments thru Docker and Git.

Graphic Designer
Samson Technologies Corp
Nov 2003 - Feb 2005
WIth a small department of 5 including a Marketing Director, Art Director, Production Designer, A & R, and myself, Designer; this was probably my most important job prior to AOL. I took on several projects that included everything from POP displays, to package design, catalog design, mini websites, full website concepts, photoshoots, and many other great projects. Working under Jim Cavanagh gave me the opportunity to really build on my print design skills, in which he had 15+ years experience in, and I started to realize my full potential.
